Again, the problem is that the player who plays first in the round is chosen based on which player has only 3 icons on their side at the beginning of the round. But it seems to assign randomly or by some other means, because often I start the round even though I have 4 icons. I know my opponents also occasionally start with 4. This is against the rules.
