The behaviour you are reporting is exactly what Nightmare Mode is supposed to do.

Verifier A said it was correct that no number repeats, but in final code there was a repeat.
When i went over the replay I noticed that I first input 332 before changing it to 432 and testing it.
Is it possible that the change did not go through?
Round 1 code 245 card 18 received a tick on A - sum is odd
Round 2 code 135 card 38 received a tick on E - triangle + circle =6 (sorry, colour blind)
Round 4 code 441 card 46 received a tick on F - two 4's in the code
These are mutually exclusive - triangle and circle must be 2 and 4, so square must be 4
Answer given as correct was 511
I am closing this report as no evidence were given there are any issue so far.
