Raportin historia
My computer's sometime a bit old ans slow but I don't have this kind of problem on other games, including games I would instinctly think as "heavier" (more elements to load) like Terra Mystica. This is really specific to Tarot.
I use Edge Browser but I have same problem with Firefox.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
