I wouldn't know how to reproduce this since my opponent in an Arena match is the one who did it, but the game implementation accepted it as a legal move.

I will add that my opponent was a good sport and recognized it as a bug as well, accepting a collective abandon game offer so as to not affect either of our Arena rankings and ELOs after I pointed out the bug.
