This also happened in my last game #523351273. I tied with the BGA champion and couldn't earn any ELO because of this mistake. My ELO score and Arena Rating took a huge hit because of this.

A "propose draw" button has been added (same feature as chess, you can propose a draw, then your opponent can accept or decline ; if they decline, you have to make a move).
