I would like to suggest another option between ENABLED / DISABLED / RAIN RUINS VIEWING PARTY, since the viewing yaku are somewhat easier to collect all of a sudden than others: AS BONUS SCORE.
They would score their usual value same as if ENABLED but to finish a month, players are required to have at least one non-viewing yaku in addition to their viewing yaku.
I understand there's no official ruleset so providing the more common options in use for Koi-Koi is needed to offer the best possible support :) -
