With United Nations corporation I played the Magnetic Field Generators card which raised my TR 3. The way I read the corp card I should be able to pay 3 MC to raise it 1 more but it will not let me. It HAS allowed me to do it in previous generations after raising the TR "naturally". Wondering if it is not allowed when raising by playing a card? Or maybe raising it more than 1?
