I think it would be good to see at least that there will be draw for a faction in the fleets arrive action round and in the colonial action round or not (maybe extended with the info how many tokens will be drawn). So e.g. I'm currently playing the scenario Amherst's Juggernaut 1758-1759 and see that during the colonials enlist round no French reiforcements were drawn. I suppose that this is part of the scenario information, so you can count with this, but for me who doesn't know the game very well was a suprise.
