#148495: "Can't use ability tiles until after movement"

I wanted to play ability several ability tiles during my turn to maximize movement. According to the rulebook "In addition to your movements, and anytime during the Action phase, you may use as many Ability tiles as you wish by discarding them to apply their effect."
