"Win with 1 carbon net emission"
changed to
"Win with 1 carbon net emission, after achieving drawdown"
If I were playing with the physical game, I would expect the challenge and the drawdown, to be valid at the same time to win.
Once the challenge cards have been completed, a literal reading of the rules says you've already achieved drawdown (albeit in an earlier round), so you win. I think the emergent behavior is consistent with a literal reading of the rules. Regardless, it's such a rare situation (achieving drawdown one round, but not the next), that I'm inclined to leave it as is.
