Raportin historia
I should be able to add unconfirmed (white) mental notes to the same space as a confirmed (green) mental note.
But there are (much) cleverer players out there than me, and it's true that the rules definitely would seem to allow this, even if it looks not that useful (I personally would have a really hard time digesting the implications of notes on the feature list or time tracker). So I'm going to say it's confirmed for now, but it might take me awhile to get to actually doing this.
