My time expired and I could not do anything, and then it started skipping my turns, leaving all tiles on the floor and I lost to a much lower ranked opponent, losing 19 elo points, even though I was one step from winning. It let me rejoin after 5 minutes but it was too late because I lost... I want you to return my ranking points lost in this game because this is really not my fault.
