I tried skipping to see if the action would show in the next round and it's still now showing up. I've tried reloading to get the action back and still didn't get it as an action. Enemies are 2 Buzzcutters and aren't immune to poison. I have cloud and broadsword equiped and broadsword is working.

Action not showing in bar when equipment is in inventory. unable to click equipment to activate either. I have all other actions for skills that I would expect to have. Guessing the game doesn't see that I have the cloud equipped.
