The final position doesn't show me what you were seeing. You didn't include a screenshot, so I don't know what you saw while playing. Thus, I need to know a specific move number to investigate.

You filed a bug report without knowing whether it was actually a bug? I can see why you'd do htat, I guess, but it's a poor use of developer time. We chase down enough false leads as it is, all of which take away from time we could be spending to fix/improve things.
Instead, I'd encourage you to ask in the forums first if you're not sure about rules.

Please, please clarify rules in the forums or with the the rulebook before assuming it's a bug, then putting the onus on developers to find where and what in the game you're even referring to.
