I need to be able to skip the placement of a free tile from doing my faction upgrade. I have no empty spaces in my grid and didn't have the resources to place a new grid section.

Used the Grow action (this was my mistake as a player, as I didn't notice I had no resources left). This caused another player's bee to be bumped and hibernate, switching to her turn, so i can't go back and choose a different action.
