I was sharing the harbor with purple, which had the improvement which let him deliver one more artifact (i didn't have it).
the game command line said i can deliver up to 4 artifacts, instead of 3.
i wasn't able to deliver 4 when i try, only 3 - as i should be.
it didn't have any effect on the game, just a display error.
it happen again the next round, when only i was in the harbor. -
