These two characters (normally played with the expansion) are able to be played with only the base game as they do not use any mechanics from the exapnsion. The expansion manual suggests that they can be included as a variant. The include all characters option gives the choice of all of the base game characters, but does not add these characters. It's not important to implement, but I thought it would be good to increase variety.

The "includes all characters" variant does not do that, that variant makes is so that you start with the 7 base game characters available instead of a random subset of N+1 (with N being the number of players)
