Because the board is so big (and there are so many wonderful ways to filter the board) sometimes it is hard to easily see all the gates you have selected so far. This make it hard to do the final math on which gates are the best value/strategy. I am imagining a shopping cart like pane - that shows the list of gates you have selected with their cost (and perhaps their value toward the region?).
A less sexy option might be to implement would be a selected gates filter? -
