Since there is no benefit to not take the action of the spy (Steal 1 money), whenever possible the spy should just work automatically:
a.) When there is only a single card next to the spy, the action should execute automatically.
b.) If there are two cards next to the spy but one is from the own family, it doesn't make sense to ask the player to confirm.
