Happened already before a couple of weeks ago, but we didn't report it
Already happened the same problem.
I lose 10 karma's point to have left the game
F5 didnt solve the problem
The problem occurred twice
I started a real time game but once the game had started I could not do any action on the page, couldnt even access the setting bga menu (the 3 lines and other things in the top right corner).
If you wait half a day, it will become unstuck. But by that point, you lost your gaming audience who wanted to play the game.
Refreshing does not help.
Trying to clear cache does not help.
Using a different browser\device does not help.
The game is stuck on application loading and does not start. We have to abandon the game and wait overnight\24 hours before we can play this game again.
This is one of the many reasons I opted not to renew my premium membership.
