I think there should be a way to see the net effect of your delivery choices and then hit end turn or something. Most things in this interface work like that, but here once you click a city and a disc, it just instantly happens. (At least it just did for me).
I think it would be an improvement if there was some way to see the end status of that turn before hitting submit/end turn. -
