I usually play with BGA set to 80% browser size.
Regarding Railways of the World, if it is 100%, you need to scroll the width of the map, but if it is 80%, it fits and you do not need to scroll, which is convenient.
However, at 80%, I can't read the description pop-up on the Rail Baron card. It appears at the top of the screen that appears when I mouse over the card and disappears before I want to track it down and read it.
