Do you see 2 revealed demands during move 1 of the replay? I can make a new screenshot (every game has this problem), but do I need to make an imgur account to show it to you?
Excerpt from the rules:
- Randomly choose 1 Weekly Target and place it face up in front of you. If the Target has a ‘Special Orders’ panel at the top, refer to the rule below.
- Deal 1 Demand face up beside the Weekly Target: this is your Initial Demand.
- Then deal 5 Demands face down in a line beside your Initial Demand: these are your Daily Demands.
so on monday there should be 1 weekly target, 1 daily demand showing, and 4 daily demands face down. why two? I think the picture in the rule book is for those wanting to adjust the difficulty.

So there should be two demands face up at the start of the game: the Initial Demand, and the first of the 5 Daily Demands.
