Just as a variant on my other suggestion, rather than a log entry for EVERY swap, maybe just a single log entry per player to say what you passed on just not to who, e.g.
Hulb passes 2 4's and 1 2 to other players
Doesn't even have to say who it's passed to, just it'd be nice especially in turn based as when you come back on it can be a little confusing and make you say "Wait, was that what I had, erm...idk, I guess, maybe, who knows" -

So, there is no reason to display swap info in the game log. You don't have to recount what you had after all.
