At several points, move #113 was the first of 3 times, I activated a card that said I would get a sprout for each bush in the column, including this one. There were only 2 available, but the interface said there were 3, and made me confirm that I was only taking 2. But there were only 2 to take. This happened again, I think around moves...131 and 154, not as sure of the move number on the second two.
