The bonus tile scoring isn't included in the scoring popup, which is probably what's causing you confusion. If you'd like to open a suggestion ticket to add it to the popup, I'll gauge how many votes it gets to determine whether it's worth the time investment to add. Meanwhile, I'll close this as functioning-as-designed.
Are you able to re-open this bug?
While Panned by the Critics may take into account multiple genres, it was never intended for the bonus tile points to be included with the genre points. Even the rule book has them separate.
I won't reopen this bug because it's meeting the intent of the design, so I don't consider it a bug. If you'd like to suggest that the design be updated to also have a row and the scoring popup for bonus tiles, please file a separate suggestion. I'll balance the number of votes the suggestion receives against the difficulty and time required to implement it.
