Could it be related with the interconnection on the purple start ? Or the railroad switch card ?
one player (Jack) got a 4+ stamps objective bonus, had 4 connections, but only in 3 quarters (#109)
I had the same, but did not get the objective 4+, got it when i added another section with a 5th connection,
Main difference I guess is that Jack used a double line.
