In other words, I'm for the dragging, but also keep the arrows so players can use whichever they prefer
I think the arrows system may even let you see things you wouldn't have seen if you just dragged and dropped from one end to the other e.g. maybe you planned to move 2 spaces, but you shift it 1 first and see that actually that gives you something better than what you were moving it for
