Raportin historia
BGA currently provides Hotseat mode for literally every game on the site, so for Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe as well.
You can access it from the table page, play with friends, hotseat mode.
(Please note that only premium members can play in hotseat mode at this moment.)
Therefore, I won't build it into this game.
