Currently the round end banner only shows up when a player reaches the 40 point threshold. However, plenty of times, the last player in the round would meet that threshold anyway due to reputation, but the banner won't show until their turn, making it quite useless. In those occasions, it would be useful for the other players that the banner is shown at the start of the round.
