#162904: "Add an option to update the game code for an existing tutorial"

Please give tutorial makers (or at least devs) the ability to update game code in an existing tutorial. This is very important if the game gets UI fixes after a tutorial is completed. This already happened with 4 games I made tutorials for.

I'm a dev and I fully understand it would come with a risk of breaking the tutorial if the changes in the game code were significant. However, this can be easily remedied by the following three additional features:
1) Show a clear warning of the possible consequences when updating the game code
2) Create a duplicate of the tutorial with the new game code (rather than modifying the existing tutorial) so it can be fully tested before publishing
3) Allow the tutorial maker to delete their own tutorial if it becomes obsolete (there is already a bug for this # 161883)
