An atomic weapon has been utilized, raising the Earth's temperature and causing survivors to flee the cities. Yet, rumors exists of an *Oasis*, 2000km to the East. TheBoardBakerThese are the Companion card. Each with their own 2 powers: *Daddy - Travel* - play any number of Travel cards [red]*Pio - Recycle* - take 1 card from the Ruins.[/red] [blue]*Jade - Explore* (Diamond): Draw 2 Cards.[/blue] [green]*Pyro - Pillage* (Crosshairs) - take 2 cards at random from an opponent’s hand (who has at least 2 cards). Keep 1 and give back the other.[/green] 3lair

During a Travel action it may be used in substitution of any card except 0.[/red] [blue]*Shield* (Cost: 2 cards) - The shield only protects against the Plunder action.[/blue] *Map* (Cost: 3 cards) - The Map is used during the Travel action and only replaces the Oasis (#0) card. TheBoardBakerNow in order to take the Compass we need to discard 2 cards. [blue]*Click on the 7 & Pio in our hand and then Confirm above.*[/blue] We want to keep our Shield to protect us from attacks and keep our 1&2 to get us closer to the Oasis (0) later.2hand_85669515_item_36

TheBoardBakerLet's try *Exploring.* Doing so gains us two random cards at a time, rather than picking only one if we *Recycle* from the Ruins. [blue]*Click on the stack of cards above, then the Confirm button.*[/blue] There are lots of other 4s in the Runes to pull from later, and it's still early in the game so we don't need the Shield. to protect us.2deck_item_1

TheBoardBakerNext, we are going to *Recycle.* Recycling allows us to draw one card of our choice from the ruins. Since our compass will act as our 11, let's get the 10. [blue]*Click on the 10 to add it to our hand, then Confirm.*[/blue] 1ruins_item_18

TheBoardBaker*Now we can Travel!* Traveling is adding cards to Khalla and getting our Scout closer to the Oasis! Remember our Compass is going to act as our 11. [blue]*Click on the 12, 10 & Compass in our hand and then Travel button above.*[/blue] 1hand_85669515

When *Plundering* you draw 2 cards from your opponents hand. *IF* one of those two cards is a *Shield* their hand is protected and you don't get any cards, BUT if a *Shield* is not draw, you get to keep both of the cards! *Here our opponent Plundered us and since they didn't draw our Shield, they get to keep one!* 1plunderBack_94156226_item_49
