You have teamed up with other codemasters to try and intercept the codes the opposing team gives, while trying to avoid miscommunications between your teammates! *Can you crack the opposing teams code?* 1archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment

3p1cFr3nzy[blue][tip] This tutorial is best viewed on a computer, but mobile is good too :) [/blue] To win, either team needs to *fully* intercept the code of the opposing team *twice*, however, you also lose if you *miscommunicate* with your teammates *twice*! 3p1cFr3nzyAnyways, let's jump into the *turn structure*. -> Each team will be given [blue]*four words*[/blue], which are *hidden* from the other team and each word is assigned a *number*. These words will not change for the whole game. [green][tip] Due to the nature of this game, this tutorial game cannot be translated into this tutorial's language (*if it is not English*). However, decrypto is available quite a few languages, so I hope you find one that is suitable for you :D [/green]3screen

3p1cFr3nzy-> One team member from each team will be given a [red]*code*[/red] with 3 numbers and must give [green]*3 worded clues*[/green] for the code's 3 corresponding words *in the order specified on the card*. Both teams will know the clues, but not the corresponding numbers until the code is revealed to all players.4round_000000_1

3p1cFr3nzy-> It is then up to the other players to link the clue giver's clues to [blue]*three of their team's four words*[/blue]. The team which knows the four words *must get it correct* or recieve a miscommunication token, whilst the enemy team must use the clues to work out the other team's words, to correctly guess their code. I think that the first one is [red]*baby*[/red] (bushbaby), the second is [blue]*childhood*[/blue] (childhood is a period of time) and the third is [green]*science*[/green] (experiments /tests...). This means the code is *1 4 2*, so let's try that. (For future games, click the *blue boxes* next to the clues to change the number input.)6codecardvalue000000

3p1cFr3nzyIt was correct! Awesome :D Although not shown in this tutorial, white team also got their communication correct. This means both teams have not miscommunicated yet. 3p1cFr3nzyNow for this round, it's our turn to give clues to our teammate! Our [blue]*code*[/blue] this time is *1 2 3*, so we have to give clues for *baby*, *science* and *skin* in that order. Due to translation issues, I'll input the clues. Baby will be *feeble*, science will be *prediction* and skin will be *layered*.2archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment

3p1cFr3nzyAlso, to begin with, we will make a guess for white team's code using their clues. If we get the code right, we are 1 more interception away from winning! :) And we must hope LogicMeister3299 understands our clues... !!! Given the nature of this BGA adaptation, please be patient while the round proceeds. 3p1cFr3nzy1. Our team guessed the code *2 3 4* for white team's code, and white (ExplodingKitten3) also guessed the same code. The code was actually *1 3 4*, so the white team gets a [red]*miscommunication token*[/red]. 2archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment

3p1cFr3nzy2. The roles were then *reversed* and LogicMeister3299 correctly guessed our code, whilst the white team did not. In this case, no one gets either an *interception* or *miscommunication* token. If white did guess *1 2 3*, they would have recived an *interception* token.3archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment

3p1cFr3nzySo, to recap the round procedure: [red]1. One player on each team gives clues based on their code card and their own words.[/red] [green]2. Each team tries to get their *own code* right, while trying to guess what words the opposing team has from the clues they give, to correctly guess their codes.[/green]4archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment

3p1cFr3nzyFinally, if at least one team has *either* 2 incerception or 2 miscommunication tokens *after a round ends*, the game ends and one team is crowned the winner!
