NekonyancerIn *Wizards Cup,* each player will assemble a team of 6 wizards from an identical set of 18, arrange them in order, and then pit them against their opponent's team! [green]The first player to win two rounds wins the game![/green]2maintitlebar_content

NekonyancerHowever, we only get to pick *5* of the 6 wizards on our team. At the beginning of the game, one wizard is randomly selected and *revealed* for each player. In this case, it looks like both players will be using the same wizard: the [red]Pyrotechnician.[/red]3wizard-card-36-front

NekonyancerTheir last wizard is the *Philosopher.* *Step 1: ⚡Powers.* There are none. *Step 2: Elements.* The Philosopher is a Void type. *Step 3: Values.* The Philosopher has an effective Value of *11* right now (9 + 2 from the Traveler's ⏳Power), which beats our Geomancer!1wizard-card-24-front

NekonyancerOur next Wizard is the *Plague Doctor.* It has a Value of *10,* but it has a *+1* bonus from our Geomancer's ⏳Power! That means it ties with the opponent's Philosopher! When there's a tie, both Wizards are discarded.1wizard-card-32-front

NekonyancerOur opponent ran out of Wizards, so we won the round and received [red]*a Trophy!*[/red] In *Round 2,* the set up is a little different. Instead of assembling a whole new team, we have the option of *swapping* one of our Wizards with an unused one.1round-victory-1-11941354

NekonyancerHmm. Our opponent has some cards with high values (Blacksmith and Philosopher) and some cards with⏳ Powers that increase Values even more (Pyrotechnician and Traveler).
